Harbour Landing
Indian Harbour Beach, FL

Harbour Landing is a large scale ($25,000,000) multi-phase urban redevelopment project on the A1A oceanfront corridor in Indian Harbour Beach. Initial phases of this project have already created a buzz in the community, contributing to civic pride and a sense of renewal. National credit tenants such as Starbucks, Coldwell-Banker and Washington Mutual stepped up quickly to occupy the stately, stone and tile-clad retail edifice on the southern parcel. An additional 20,000 sq. ft. of mixed use (office and retail) development is under construction on the southern parcel, and is scheduled for 2008 occupancy.

The northern parcel is currently being designed by TGAIA as a mixed use retail and office center, with a 2-story residential "sky village" above. The sky village will be a secure and private 2-acre elevated terrace, with commercial uses and a parking garage below. One and 2-story clustered units will be arranged dynamically, to provide a series of private courtyards, landscaped promenades and community areas (clubhouse, pool, game room, exercise facilities, roof garden, etc). The entire elevated terrace will overlook a beachfront city park, with a clear view of the Atlantic Ocean. The sky village will feature leading-edge environmental technologies, including a large green roof (aka dog walk), a rainwater cistern for irrigation, and possibly solar power co-generation.
