Located on the southern edge of Orlando's Quadrangle, just west of UCF, the Quadrangle Commercial Center was designed by TGAIA to put a fresh face on the University Blvd. commercial corridor.

The architecture features the elegant, yet simple geometry of the Early Modern Movement of the 20th century, which has re-emerged in the 21st century as a classic style.

The multi-tenant center will be anchored in the center bay by FedEx Kinko's. An established Orlando restaurant is slated to occupy the east end, including the covered exterior dining terrace. Retail or restaurant lease space is still available on the west endcap.

Quadrangle Commercial Center will be constructed by Eagle Commercial Construction Company of Winter Park, and is scheduled for completion in 2008. For more information, contact the developer:
